Did you know that on Fox News today the nurse who had to remove Terry’s feeding tube said she spoke the day she was taking it out? She basically said that she wants to live.
If that doesn’t justify someone to come forward and put the tube back in nothing does. They should take custody of her. That isn’t the only person who says she can speak. A neurologist who saw her only a short time ago said the same thing. No one will hear their testimony. No one wants to because it’s only hear-say. Well, tell me this. Are her husbands claims that she wants to die not also hear-say? She should be thoroughly examined. When I say thoroughly examined I don’t mean the thorough examination she has already gotten that excluded very important tests that need to be done oh like a PET SCAN or an MRI for example but a real by the book thorough examination. She has not had a proper examination in the last 10 years and we have come so far in medical advancements since then that there is a new category for people like Terry that is not in a PVS but you wouldn't know that by listening to the National News.
They should be looking for things out of the ordinary like off-set bones (like the ones that Terry’s old nurse had noticed and tried to speak out on but no one would hear her) and signs of strangulation. People have said that when she was first put in the hospital they could see marks on her that were similar to signs of strangulation (like her close friend).
The same friend claims she was the real person to say she didn’t want to live like that and that Terry yelled at her for thinking that way. Did you know she testified at the original trial and that her testimony was stricken from the record? She claims that Terry and Michael were on the verge of divorce. They had gotten into a nasty fight the night before the “accident” and when her friend came over the next day is when she found her collapsed. She was the only one they would allow to testify on Terry’s behalf through the whole first trial and it was stricken from the record. This is the same trial that all the other judges have not bothered to redo. NO ONE!

Has no one thought about the Judges we are trusting here? Judge Greer, one of the judges who has denied Terry sustinance, once told a women who was seeking a restraining order against her husband that she had nothing to fear because she had never been physically beaten. He had threatened to kill her, he burned her things and 3 days after he won in court he stabbed her to death. This is a man with no judge of character. He is a moron in the facts of life and human behavior. I don’t know what his motives are but there has to be something wrong with him for this to go on. Why was this first case not studied further and why was he not impeached then? He obviously can’t do his job very well when he ignores these huge red flags.
Did you know that there is evidence that in that first trial the doctor and Michael’s lawyer had previously been friends with each other or that Judge Greer was aware of the fact that Michael had been employed at the Pinellas Park jail? That is illegal and people tried to bring that up as well. I don’t know about you but if a friend walked into my office and asked me real nice if I could help out with some thing for them so they could get their work done and get paid I would do it.
If she is so bad off why were they able to take her outside in the sun and to shopping malls when she wasn’t in the hospice? Why was therapy ordered and never given? Why are the judges not taking into concideration new evidence that Terry is not in a PVS? Why are they denying her first communion on the holiest holiday of the year? Can you honstly tell me that going without food and water is a painless death when there are alligations that she is bleedig from her eyes and looks like a, "concentration camp victim," Why is Michael going to cremate her and not let them do an autopsy at all? What does he have to hide? Did he really study at nursing school to learn how to care for her or did he do it to learn how to kill her? Why did he say at the 1992 medical malpractice trial that he loved his wife and wanted to care for her, “...through sickness, in health, for richer or poor. I married my wife because I love her and I want to spend the rest of my life with her,” then turn around less than a year after he’d won and claim that she wanted to die (this was 7 years after he’d signed to have the feeding tube inserted)? What took him 7 years to remember that Terry wanted to die? If the money he won at that case was meant for her care for the rest of her life why did he spend most of it on lawyers to go to court and try to kill her with it? Why did they strike the only hope for Terry out of the case? Were the people involved in this case in cahoots with each other? Most of all why can they not try feeding Terry if there is proof she CAN SWALLOW when the worst thing that happens would be that she cholks to death and goes quicker and far less violently?
Why doesn’t Jeb Bush get his ASS in there and take this woman out of that nightmare? Has he never heard the term, “What would Jesus do?” Hello, if it’s your career then screw it at least you went out and did the right thing.
I don’t give a crap what the ABC polls say because quite frankly I didn’t vote in their poll because their news station disgusts me and I can’t stand to watch it any more. A lot of conservatives now stick to FOX for their news because of the same reason. The polls are skewed and bias because the media is bias! They hate Republicans and guess what Republicans hate you right back! Give me and other FOX fans a chance to change that 73% want to murder an innocent women bull-crap and you will see how the percent changes! Why in the HELL can’t people like George and Jeb Bush see that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m so pissed I could punch a hundred holes into my wall right now. My heart feels like it’s going to explode here. This is one situation where if I was speaking I might actually let the lords name slip in vein because I’m so livid.
I’m not the only one. There is a man from my home town who went and robbed a gun store to go and attempt to kidnap Terry. That, my friends, is the wrong way to go about it but at least it gives him points for, “there is no better man than that who lays down his life for a friend.” He knew if he got close to that room he’d be shot but instead he was arrested. That was the right thing to do in arresting him because no one has the right to act violently on another’s behalf but what are we supposed to do? What now? We have to let her live and give her a chance to recover outside that dictator of a husband hands!!!
